激瘦飲食法(SirtFood Diet)
通過有助於加速體內新陳代謝的小幫手「乙酰化酶」,如:芹菜、紅洋蔥、藍莓、蘋果、柑橘、薑黃、黃豆、蕎麥、甘藍、紅酒、可可、咖啡等食材來幫助瘦身。
當偵測到細胞承受壓力時,乙酰化酶也會啟動身體的燃脂模式,增加新陳代謝,提升肌肉的效能。
他們發現,某些食物特別能活化乙酰化酶,包括芹菜、紅洋蔥、藍莓、蘋果、柑橘類水果、巴西里、薑黃、黃豆、蕎麥、羽衣甘藍、白花菜科蔬菜等,紅酒、巧克力(可可亞含量85%以上)、咖啡、綠茶(尤其是抹茶)竟也名列其中。紅酒與黑巧克力中富含的白藜蘆醇、咖啡中的咖啡因都能活化乙酰化酶。(取自健康雜誌)

2 large handfuls (about 2 1⁄2 ounces or 75g) kale 2大把羽衣甘藍
a large handful (1 ounce or 30g) arugula 2大把芝麻葉
a very small handful (about 1⁄4 ounce or 5g) flat-leaf parsley 1小把香菜
2 to 3 large celery stalks (5 1⁄2 ounces or 150g), including leaves 2到3把芹菜莖包含葉子
1/2 medium green apple 2分之一的綠蘋果
1/2- to 1-inch (1 to 2.5 cm) piece of fresh ginger 2分之一薑
juice of 1/2 lemon 2分之一檸檬
1/2 level teaspoon matcha powder 2分之一湯匙的抹茶粉
做法
🥕 Mix the greens. The goal is to end up with about 50ml of juice from the greens. 混和羽衣甘藍,芝麻葉跟香菜,將他們榨成汁,榨出約50ml的果汁
🥕 Now juice the celery, apple, and ginger. Squeeze the lemon by hand into the juice. By this stage, you should have around 1 cup (250ml) of juice in total.

🥕 Pour a small amount of the juice into a glass, then add the matcha and stir vigorously with a fork or teaspoon. 先倒入少量的綠色果汁進杯子,接著將抹茶粉也倒入一起攪拌
🥕 Once the matcha is dissolved, add the remainder of the juice. Give it a final stir, then your juice is ready to drink. 抹茶粉融化後,將剩餘的果汁倒入並均勻攪拌即可飲用
